Care Changes is searching for Senior Living Advisors to join our nationwide referral placement service. Advisors qualify families and educate them on their options, provide resources and personal assistance in finding senior living communities. We are able to offer this valuable service at no charge to families based on referral fees generated from partner communities when a customer moves in from a Care Changes lead.

Summary

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, enjoy helping people and excel at sales! Our best candidates have sales/marketing experience but want to employ their skills in a meaningful way while working from home.

Essentials duties and responsibilities

  • Deliver results and meet performance/sales goals & quotas
  • Manage calls, actively listen and ask relevant follow-up questions
  • Exceptionally well spoken; can speak with conviction and confidence
  • Guide our families through the process of choosing appropriate senior care options
  • Provide unlimited and ongoing telephone support to our new and existing families
  • Provide education, pricing and help schedule tours
  • Provide qualified leads to our partner providers
  • Ability to manage a high volume of phone calls and emails
  • Develop new referral partnership agreements
  • Technical abilities include digital phone, chat and data entry
  • Time management, organization, follow-up, and multi-task skills
  • Provide outstanding service and follow up
  • Maintain accurate documentation for family follow up and provider information in our database
  • Exceptional verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills

Required skills & experience

  • Minimum of 2+ years experience in senior living sales/marketing or referral placement service

  • Strong computer skills necessary, including Word and Excel

  • Professional and mature manner
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Summary

Elderlife is looking for a compassionate and energetic Financial Concierge to help seniors and their families explore their best options to pay for senior living.

The Financial Concierge provides expert resources for veterans’ benefits, real estate services, long-term care insurance, or life insurance, and for seniors who want or need to move immediately, an Elderlife Bridge Loan. A Financial Concierge provides guidance throughout the entire loan process, from initial contact to account opening, while the family moves their loved one into senior living. The Financial Concierge must always act with integrity, patience, and understanding of each family’s unique situation while utilizing their knowledge of partner resources
and Elderlife’s Bridge Loan to best serve their needs.

This is a business office environment and customer interactions are via phone and email.

Essentials duties and responsibilities

Other duties may be assigned:

  • Actively listen and assess families’ needs to find the best solutions.
  • Build relationships with Senior Living Communities
  • Speak with loan applicants and collect financial information
  • Consistently communicate with applicants during the loan process
  • Convert inquiries to loans and increase volume month over month
  • Able to work full time (40-45 hours weekly) with weekend rotation as assigned
  • Employee must work exclusively for Elderlife unless approved by President

Required skills & experience

  • 3+ years of sales, customer service, and/or finance experience required
  • Empathetic to seniors and their families during the difficult transition
  • Organized team player
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Creative problem solver
  • Desire to work in a goal-oriented environment
  • Able to maintain compliance with financial and lending practices
  • Ability to learn and utilize Salesforce and any future CRM
  • Ability to efficiently utilize Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Google Drive

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • College education & degree preferred
